PLANNING
Our logistics and planning division is the key to pulling everything together. Simple communication, flat rate pricing, and one primary point of contact to coordinate your event from ideation to realization. Services include venue sourcing, travel, registration, F&B management, and more.
AUDIO / VISUAL
Platinum XP AV packages are designed with your specific event needs in mind. We own 100% of the equipment you’ll need to accomplish your production goals, which means we do not need to rent and upcharge equipment, period. This provides consistency for our partners from event to event, and location to location.
GRAPHICS
Our graphics division employs a creative team of designers, fabricators, and event experts to produce innovative products that bring your brand front and center. We capture attention through innovative films and inks, motion graphics integration, and even audible experiences coordinated with our AV division to bring it all together.
MEDIA
What's your story? Our media division wants to help you tell it. From video content created that will be displayed during your general session, to sizzle recap videos and photography to share the experience beyond the event, Platinum XP Media helps you communicate custom content that makes an impression.
FLORAL
Just like our other divisions, our floral & decor options are different. Taking into account your venue and event vibe, our floral team will coordinate every aspect of your decor with our Platinum XP divisions, so that everything is working together for a completely complementary look.

Our state of the art Sound Stage and Hybrid White Box are the perfect locations to produce your next program, in Kansas City, or at your remote location nationwide.
